Office of Extended Professional Education
About Us
Ï㽶ÊÓƵ is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities; increasing the diversity of the health professional and scientific workforce; and addressing primary health care needs through programs in education, research, and service, with emphasis on people of color and the underserved urban and rural populations in Georgia and the nation.
In keeping with this mission, the Office of Extended Professional Education (OEPE) was established for the purpose of collaborating with faculty, clinical departments, community physicians and educators to identify educational needs and then implement activities to address these needs.
The Office of Extended Professional Education offers a hands-on approach to program development and education for both accredited and non-accredited activities, as well as total meeting management services.
Accreditation
The Morehouse School of Medicine, Office of Extended Professional Education is a
provider of continuing medical education by the Accreditation Council for Continuing
Medical Education (ACCME).Ï㽶ÊÓƵ is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing
Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. We offer
both accredited and non-accredited activities for health care professionals. Join
